Which images for anything looks better with, Sigma SD15 or Hasselblad H3D?
Which pictures look better?
You are comparing apples to oranges. In general, the Hassleblad will give you much finer detail than the Sigma ever could but as certain limitations because it is a medium format camera. It is really meant for studio use or landscape photography because of its slow nature and its size .
The Sigma is an SLR built around the Fouveron chip. It records colors and light in a different way than tradition DSLR sensors. Some people feel it gives more of an actual film look to their pictures. While I can not speak about that, I will say that the Sigma produces a different feel to their pictures.
Really it is more about the photographer and how well he can use his camera rather than the stated abilities of the camera itself.

Advice on buying new camera?
I have a D40x right now. It’s my first dlsr.
I want to have an upgrade cause I’m like addicted now to photography.
Im looking at the Hasselblad H3D II - 50 for my serious photography (landscapes, portraits, family gatherings such as birthdays, vacations, and reunion) and also for travel.
First, I was interested in an 8 x 10" View Camera but that seems too impractical and hard to use coz of the film developing and the sheer size of it so now I’m looking at the digital H3D II - 50. I’m thinking maybe it won’t match the view camera when it comes to resolution but at least it’s the closest.
Now, for my walk around camera and also when travelling, I want to carry a light camera so I won’t be carrying a large bulky camera.
I’m considering the Leica M8.2 (light, compact, and durable)
So have anyone used/tested these cameras?
Or do you have any suggestions?
How bout the M9. Should I wait for it cause it seems like forever that Leica won’t replace the M8 while Nikon and Canon are replacing their models very frequently.
I have 3 Hasselblad H3D 50’s and they are not very good, in fact I will swap you one of them for your D40x and if you include a memory card I will chuck in a Leica M8.2 as well, I keep one in every room of the house in case I suddenly get inspirational.
My last paragraph may seem ridiculous, but is it still far more believable than that crap you just wrote.

What is the biography and work day like for a typical Hasselblad H3D photographer?
Rise early, work late, have a good lab relationship or Epson printer (used to be drum scanners. . . ) and be organized. I suggest regular reading of PDN if you’re serious. There is no typical photography so there is no typical Hasselblad H3D day. Every day is different.
