My guess is that the “irrelevant” comment is over stated.
The user needs both the skills AND the tools. The better the tools, the easier it is for the craftsman to do their job in general, but as you can guess a $25,000 set of Snap-On tools will not make your neighbor a NASCAR head mechanic.

How was that accomplished? I saw the print at a art gallery and it changed my thinking about pigment inks and digital photography. Impressive.
High-end medium format backs are approaching the point where they compete resolution-wise with film.
