Why are there lines in my night photo?

A few nights ago I went to the city to take some night photos. When I loaded them onto my computer later on that night, each one of the night photos have lines in them. These lines would show up on bright areas such as street lights and the bright lights off the tall building. The camera that I use was Hasselblad 503CWD-II and I am not sure what is going on. Maybe I forgot to set something with my camera?

Thanks in advance for those who can help me out with this!
Ok, I’ve uploaded two of the photos, here are the links.

can’t really give you a definitive answer without seeing one or too…

are they fireflies???
are they moths???
are they light trails???
are they the glare from the lights???
is the camera damaged???
is the media corrupts???

It MAY have been the percentage at which your photo was compressed to fit your monitor. Try to view at 25%, 50%, or 75%, etc. rather than odd percentages like 33.3%. The anti-aliasing is much more accurate that way.

    Hand-held or tripod mounted camera?
If you hand-held then they’ll be light streaks as you move the camera during the exposure.

Really you need to show one of the images.

because you haven’t uploaded any images it is difficult to say but it is either:
you moved the camera while the shutter was open.
you are getting flare which is when bright light bounces around in the lens. (these are often hexagonal shapes in a line).
your ISO was too fast and you are getting noise but that is not likely to be the problem.
you have a problem with your computer.
there was a mark on the lens or a scratch of some sort.
or you are just unfamiliar with the new camera so are making a typical mistake. if this is the case you need to spend some time investigating your camera.
